We are looking for a practical service technician who enjoys technology, machines and field work. You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, assembling and commissioning pneumatic conveying equipment for bulk materials at customers in industrial plants.

This is not a stereotypical job in one place. You will combine customer visits, technical troubleshooting, customer communication and basic service administration. The position is suitable for someone who understands mechanics, knows how to work with tools, is not afraid of heights and wants to develop in the long term in a highly specialized technical field.

If you have experience as a service technician, industrial equipment mechanic, maintenance technician, compressor technician, pressure equipment technician or assembly technician, this position may be a good fit for you.

What is the scope of this position?

Fault diagnostics and service of pneumatic transport equipment,
preventive service, repairs and component replacements,
installation of new equipment and modernization of existing systems,
putting technologies into operation,
customer technical support,
work in industrial plants, power plants, heating plants, manufacturing plants and other technical operations,
communication with the customer directly at the service intervention site.
Departures take place from the company headquarters in Kladno,
the technician uses a smaller or larger service van,
There are usually 2-3 trips per week,
some trips are one-day, some last 1–2 days,
occasionally they also travel to Slovakia,
For longer trips, the company pays for accommodation.
processing service messages,
billing of orders and travel orders,
creation of service offers and spare parts offers,
management of own orders,
routine computer work – Word, Excel, email and service documentation.

The technology of pneumatic transport is very specific, so the new colleague will not be working alone. At first, he will travel with an experienced service technician, get to know the equipment directly in operation and gradually take on his own orders. Full training takes approximately one year, so the company is looking for someone interested in long-term cooperation.

What skills can you use to succeed?

You have a technical mindset and practical experience with machines or industrial equipment,
you understand mechanics and know how things work,
you are manual dexterous and know how to work with tools,
you have a category B driving license and are an active driver,
you can handle common PC work – Word, Excel, e-mail,
you are not afraid of heights and can handle moving around technological structures, bridges or silos,
you are physically fit, reliable, independent and responsible,
you are interested in learning a new specialized field and staying long-term.

The advantage will be

Experience as a service technician for industrial equipment,
experience with compressors, pressure equipment or compressed air systems,
experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering or energy,
locksmith, mechanical or assembly experience,
experience with technical customer service.
