Is your strength analytical thinking and the ability to quickly make decisions and predict what repairs will be needed and therefore what spare parts to choose? What is the scope of this position?

On position Service coordinator We are looking for a systematic person who can effectively manage the course of service orders - from receiving a request to final feedback from the customer. Due to the nature of the work, you will be expected to combine office work with occasional trips. We therefore expect an active colleague who is not afraid to solve problems promptly and communicate with customers and service technicians.

Your responsibility will be to effectively plan service interventions and ensure the availability of spare parts. We expect you to communicate with the customer about the progress of the order and ensure its successful completion. 

You don't need any experience. If you are interested in the technique and want to learn - we will train you.

What skills can you use to succeed?

  • Technical thinking and ability orientation in drawing documentation and electrical diagrams

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to estimate the possible cause of the malfunction

  • Organizational skills – coordination of technicians and service interventions

  • Responsibility – creating and sending price quotes to the customer

  • Excellent communication skills – interaction with customers, technicians and foreign suppliers

  • Resistance to stress – immediate and effective resolution of emerging situations

  • Independence – the ability to make decisions without constant consultation with superiors

  • Time flexibility – willingness to stay longer if needed

  • Knowledge of English at B2 level – necessary for communication with production plants abroad (Italy, Finland)

  • Working in MS Office and internal system – entering and evaluating service orders

  • Driving license category B – occasional trips to clients
