What is the scope of this position?

Mold changing and injection molding machine adjustment,
setting parameters according to technological instructions,
solving technical and production situations in cooperation with technologists,
checking the technical condition of machines, cooperation with maintenance,
support of the quality department, monitoring and solving scrap rates,
responsibility for multiple types of production at the same time (approx. 3 products),
work in three shifts.

What skills can you use to succeed?

Technically minded candidate with manual skills,
ideally a graduate of a technical secondary school,
experience in plastic production is an advantage, not a requirement - they will be happy to teach you everything,
reliability, flexibility, consistency,
physical fitness (manipulation of forms),
Czech language at a good level (internal communication is in Czech).
