HR assistant

Do you want to start in HR – but really do HR?

You will not be a "supporting force" with us.

You will be the person who makes the entire recruitment process work.

We are looking for someone to whom we will entrust communication with external recruiters, network building, and gradually the recruitment itself.

What is the scope of this position?

What will your job be?

  • you will be in daily contact with external recruiters and headhunters,
  • you will gradually take over their coordination (assignments, communication, control of outputs),
  • you will call candidates, verify information and work with data,
  • you will work with the internal system and monitor the progress of selection procedures,
  • you will be involved in the creation and management of advertising,
  • you will search for candidates (LinkedIn, database, sourcing).

👉 Simply put: you will take over part of the agenda that the Project Manager currently handles, and you will gradually grow into the role of recruiter.

  • you can communicate and are not afraid of the phone,
  • you have common sense and can put things together,
  • you can handle even more unpleasant communication and not get distracted,
  • you act politely, professionally and respectfully,
  • Do you want to learn HR and move forward?
