Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have questions about working with Flexit Agency? We have prepared an overview of the most frequently asked questions we receive from our candidates.

When will I get my paycheck?

The payment date is the 15th or 20th of the following month, according to the employment contract. But we try to get the money to you as soon as possible.

How will I be paid my salary?

As standard, we pay your salary to your bank account. However, if necessary, it is also possible to pay your salary in cash.

Will you deduct anything from my paycheck for working through an agency?

No, it is illegal for an applicant to pay fees for job placement.

Will I pay social and health insurance + tax?

Of course, as an employment agency, we have a legal obligation to pay social and health insurance and income tax for you.

I am interested in your job offer, what should I do?

Simply fill out the registration form for the position or call us. We will be happy to arrange an interview with you.

Will I have the same conditions as regular employees?

Yes, we guarantee the same conditions as the regular employees of the customer to whom you will be assigned, i.e. the same amount of salary, bonuses, vacation, etc.

I am not of legal age, can you employ me?

Unfortunately, not for full-time employment. But we sometimes offer occasional part-time jobs for minors.

Can you provide me with salary advances every week?

We can only provide weekly advances from the time of joining until the employee receives their pay for the entire month worked. This means until the employee is in a stable situation. After that, we only provide an advance at the end of the calendar month, in the amount of a maximum of CZK 4.

Do you provide accommodation allowance, and how much?

The accommodation allowance depends on the job position and the conditions of the client to whom you are assigned by our agency. It is most often paid as a monthly allowance, less often as a daily allowance. The allowance is usually 250 CZK/day, but it can vary significantly in some workplaces.

Can you arrange accommodation for us? Can you help us with moving?

We will be happy to arrange accommodation for you in hostels, or in the case of long-term cooperation in apartments/apartment buildings. We will help you or at least advise you with moving within our capabilities.

Do you provide transportation to work?

The possibility of providing pickups to and from the workplace depends on the specific conditions of the individual positions and customers to which you are assigned. In some cases, pickups are available, in others they are not. You can find out more about this from our recruiters and coordinators.

Will I live near the store?

We always try to accommodate our employees as close to their place of work as possible, but of course we also think about the reach of common services.

I have my own car, will I be entitled to a transport allowance?

If you have your own car, unfortunately you are not entitled to a transport allowance. However, you will usually be able to use free parking at the accommodation provided by us.

Please explain what "accommodation above the limit" means?

In short, this means that part of the accommodation allowance, i.e. what is above CZK 3/month, is subject to taxation and social and health insurance contributions. This is based on the law, where according to Section 500, paragraph 6, letter i) of the Income Tax Act (ITA), the value of temporary accommodation provided by the employer to an employee is exempt from income tax from dependent activity if:

  • it is a non-monetary payment by the employer to the employee in connection with the performance of work,
  • it is not accommodation during a business trip,
  • the municipality of the employee's temporary accommodation is not the same as the municipality where the employee resides,
  • up to a maximum of CZK 3 per month.

The limit for tax exemption from income tax from dependent activity of CZK 3 per month is introduced regardless of whether the employee is temporarily accommodated in a hostel, hotel or family home. The value of temporary accommodation provided above this limit will be included in the assessment basis for social and health insurance premiums and will be subject to taxation of income tax from dependent activity from the so-called super-gross wage.

How much will a medical examination cost me?

We will cover the initial medical examination.

Do I need an extract from my medical records for the initial examination?

For the initial medical examination, a medical record extract is usually required, which must not be older than 90 days. However, it depends on the specific requirements of the employer and the type of work you will be performing. The extract provides the doctor with an overview of your health status, which allows him to conduct a thorough examination and assess your suitability for the job. We recommend that you contact your general practitioner, who can issue you with this extract.

What should I do if I don't have a doctor at my place of work?

That's not a problem. The initial medical examination is provided by our contracted doctors. Alternatively, we can advise you on which doctor is recruiting new employees at your place of work.

Can I quit my job overnight?

You can only quit overnight during the probationary period. Another option is to terminate the employment relationship by mutual agreement, i.e. if both parties agree to immediate termination.

What happens to untaken vacation when I leave my job?

A proportional part of your vacation, depending on the time worked in the calendar year, will of course be reimbursed if it is not used up.
